Our tour packages offer all the best views of Niagara Falls including at the brink of the horseshoe falls near Table Rock, from behind during a Journey Behind the Falls and up close and personal on board the world famous boat ride to the falls.

It depends which tour you book. Our tour packages last between 1.5 hours and 3 hours, depending on the package you choose.

You can stay as dry as you'd like during a tour. Many love the refreshing mist, especially during the summer, however if you'd like to avoid getting wet there are places to stand during the attractions that allow you to stay dry. You'll also receive a complimentary rain poncho at each attraction to help keep you dry too.

Each tour meets and begins at 5146 Murray St. There is a paid parking lot available on site which usually has space available before the start of our morning tour departures. There is also more space available in the (cheaper) parking lot at the Skylon Tower (5200 and 5400 Robinson Street) which is a short walk away from the meeting location. Learn more.

You do not need a passport to join our tour. Our tours are 100% on the Canadian side of the border, including the boat cruise. You will however require the proper identification to cross the border into Canada if you're coming from America or another country. Passports are often the best ID option for border crossing.

Our tours operate rain or shine and we encourage everyone to check the weather forecast for the day of their tour and come dressed / prepared accordingly. We recommend comfortable walking shoes and a small pack for things like water, a camera etc., Learn more.

Yes. If it's raining, we recommend bringing an umbrella. You'll also receive complimentary rain ponchos at the start of each attraction that are yours to keep. In the event of severe weather, we will contact you asap and arrange a new date or refund.

No age restrictions. We welcome people of all ages. Infants under 3 are free. Children between 3-12 enjoy lower rates (must be accompanied by an adult).

The number of people in each of our Niagara Falls group tours varies based on the number of people booked in for each start time. We limit the group sizes to 30 or less so that we can make sure everyone has a great experience.
